Ingredients

white rum1 ounce

black blended rum1 ounce

macadamia-nut orgeat1/2 ounce

Marie Brizard Orange Cura√ßao1/2 ounce

lime juice3/4 ounce

Honey Liliko‚Äòi Foam

pineapple slice

Directions

Add lime juice, orgeat, orange cura√ßao and white rum to mixing glass. Shake with 1 cup cubed ice about 30 seconds and pour into glass. Float dark rum. Top with honey-liliko‚Äòi foam and garnish with pineapple half moon.
