Old Fashioned
Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add bourbon, then fill with ice. Stir until combined. Double strain into an old-fashioned glass half filled with crushed ice. Top with additional crushed ice to form mound around rim of glass. Garnish with a mint sprig
