Old Fashioned
Add gin, Campari, and vermouth to a mixing glass, then fill three-quarters with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into chilled old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Pinch orange peel and rub outer edge of glass. Garnish with the orange peel.
