Ingredients

pineapple juice4 ounce

orange juice1 ounce

cream of coconut1 ounce

ground nutmeg

orange slice

Pusser's rum2 ounce

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Grate fresh nutmeg on top and garnish with an orange slice. Notes: Traditionally made with Pusser's rum. Can be made as a II, III, or IV depending on the ounces of rum used.
