Ingredients

lime juice1 ounce

Smuggler's Cove Demerera Syrup0.75 ounce

allspice dram0.25 ounce

Angostura bitters2 dash

mint leaves

blended aged rum3 ounce

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer with 4-6 agitator cubes. Flash blend and open pour into glass. Garnish with a mint sprig
